    Vacation time and sick leave is on par with most large companies. Health benefits aren't great. 401K is matched to 50% with a Max of an couple thousand a year if I'm not mistaken.

    Vacation is 2 weeks, I think you might get more after 3 or 5 years. Handbook isn't clear with vacation and sick time and how that accrues. Employer does not offer STD - must purchase on own. Maternity leave - must burn your sick time 1st due to the lack of STD if you don't have it. Mileage reimbursement is cheap - $.37/mile. Required to travel 2-3 hours for customer installs and visits and make it a full day thus leaving your house at 530/6am and not being able to clock in until your standard 8am start time. Basically - they try to get blood from a stone with their employees.

    The company offers health insurance, 401K, employee discounts and vacation time off. The health care benefits premiums continue to increase each year with high deductible which impacts overall salary. You would think being part of a bigger organization with Global and Xerox, that benefits would be more attractive.
