Plans are horrible no sick days no mental health days
They provide snacks that they monitor. They provide bagels on Friday that are usually left over from week prior mixed in with newer one. Benefits are not the best you have to go through many hoops.
Expensive PPO or extremely High Copay... You decide. 15 Days (sick or vacation) off accrued through the year, so you have earn it before you can use it.

You can get a cheap plan for yourself, but if you have family the price goes up pretty quickly
Health insurance costs are good on the HMO, high for family PPO. The 401k matching is so-so. PTO is good and increases over time.
Only 3 sick days a year! There is no point to tell more about the ComPsych! The worst benefit package out there.
