    Never had to used it so cannot comment on this directly , but base on the view point of many of my previous co workers there is definitely room for improvement.

    Typical leave for mothers, and for fathers, just under the typical FMLA protocols. No additional paid leave benefits.

    Maternity/Paternity leave is offered at Comcast and some companies may not have this benefit. This is a plus.

    Men get unpaid leave up to 1 month I believe and the women get paid leave 2 months I believe but if memory serves correct the women have to use up all their vacation and sick leave before using the remaining through the short term disability program and even then they have to be a vetted employee for more than 3 years I believe before compensation is paid out at the highest rate and thats based off your total years salary and or any commissions.
