RATES WERE REASONABLE. Short term disability was a hassle.

Has the basic benefits of most large companies. Health insurance costs were starting to go very high. Yet they structure vacation and sick pay to if you do not use it you lose it. In other words. If someone calls in sick they get paid. If I never call in sick I lose the pay.
good company perks, with discounted comcast cable, access to tickets and events. Benefits are average, vacation policy is not the best for the hours and amount of time you work throughout the year.
It was a decent package, when i started before the government changed rules the benefits went up a little bit
