The total benefit package is very competitive; pay is a bit low compared to competitors but other benefits are good
Comcast offers very good medical, dental, and vision plan - I paid a combined total of $487 per month in total premium for a good Aetna PPO plan along with dental and vision. My premium portion was paid directly through my paycheck and qualified as a pre-tax deduction. The retirement plan is very good too - Roth 401k with a 6% company match through Fidelity - mostly offered Fidelity target date funds but also had a Fidelity S&P 500 index fund and international fund as investing options.
Free cable/internet is a huge bonus. They recently improved their maternity coverage to 16 weeks full pay. Medical benefits are good but behavioral insurance is a carve out under a different insurance and it's horrible.
Along with a 401K, Dental, Medial, and Vision there are great extra assistance programs like education reimbursement, mental wellness, and healthcare advocates.
Good benefit package which includes reasonable healthcare, 401k plan, PTO, employee stock purchase.
Great benefits, choices are provided for singles and families. Shopping perks and rewards programs available. Internet, cable television, digital phone and home security at steep discounts.
The best thing is the access to 4 tickets to Universal every year.
By comparison, it’s better than most. The 401k match, ESPP and stock options are all strong.
All of the benefits are top notch. Very cheap cable services, 401k matching, stock options, financial advising, medical benefits are the best I have seen. Access to Amusement parks, discounts on all shopping, entertainment outside of Comcast.
The benefit package was better than average and the 401K did include a match. The cost of benefits was average and the options were above average
