Free cable and 401K plan are the best parts of the benefits package.
Health benifits are great. Flex spending account free cable and 401k and stock purchase plan at a discount
Great 401k, medical and dental insurance, free cable movies and television, travel opportunities, car allowance
The Employee Stock Purchasing Program is like free money. If you enroll the company will deduct X% from each paycheck and apply that money toward buying Comcast stock at the lowest price it traded during the quarter, with an additional 15% discount applied.
401K, Stock purchase, paid leave, insurance.
The best thing to me is the medical insurance and the cable/internet/home security savings. I really can't say there is a worst. The benefits all seem to be great!
Full-time employees receive free cable television and internet service, plus discounts on other products and services. It's a great perk.
The health insurance is amazing! And they just made them better. My family has had a lot of health issues in the past year or so, and I don't feel overwhelmed by the amount I have to pay out.
Great benefits including free XFINITY services if you're in a Comcast market, nice 401K matching, and they recently increased maternity leave benefits. Stock package is nice, just subject to a vesting schedule, heavily weighted on the tail end.
The best thing: In addition to all the normal benefits - medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc. - Comcast Spotlight offers many perks including free cable (employee pays equipment rental), gym membership reimbursement, discounts on cell phone service and car rentals, to name a few.
