Best benefit was almost free cable tv, internet and home alarm system! Generous 401k matching and paid maternity leave as well.
There are so many vacation, flex days. But, if you run out, you can't take unpaid days off. I think too many people took advantage of it and we are all punished.
Good 401k employer match Need more of a choice of healthcare providers
Great benefits package including discount tickets to Universal
Pros: Free premium cable package, 1:1 company match on first 6% contributed to 401(k), generous tuition reimbursement. Cons: Health insurance costs rising annually with lower coverage, no work from home for non-sales employees, any sick periods docked from PTO. Standard: 2 weeks PTO to start/3 after 5 yrs./4 after 9 yrs., 3 floating holidays, 64 personal hours, health/dental/vision coverage for employee up to employee + family, standard 401(k). Bottom line: Sufficient... nothing over-the-top, but not below average either.
Employee 401k match, great medical benefits at a good rate, employee discounts
Best - PTO includes a mix of vacation days & flex days, which can be either sick or vacation days. Strong health benefits - medical, dental, vision, FSA, short & long term disability insurance, healthy behavior reimbursements. 401K Match is good too! Heavily discounted cable helps a lot with monthly bills! Worst - no work from home.
Great benefits with the company. The only criticism is it is a real pain to get short term disability approved through sedgewick. When they had liberty mutual it seemed like things were more organized.
Free cable and internet - best of the best service you could ever want.
We get free cable. The health benefits are great
