Depending on how long you work there is how many days off you get . You get personal time off and vacation time
need more vacation time for the amount of work we do.
The only holidays we get off is New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter. The rest we work but we do get holiday pay. I get about 100 hours of vacation and sick leave
Lots of paid time off, flex holidays, floating holidays and sick days.
For vacation you get 2 weeks when you start and after 5 yrs you get another week.
They give you a lot of nice time for you to take off. The problem is you never have the chance to use it. When you do they pile work on while you are out and it takes weeks to catch back up.
I almost wanted to rate a 3. They go by a UAP system. It's actually pretty trash. But depending on your supervisor you can sometimes get them waived. Aside from that, I took plenty of paid days and they pay you an ABBR rate which is about $25 an hour (8 hour shift) so you do the math. Pretty cool
