Okey coverages but a little expensive
Option b/t basic and premium. The employee can choose, but cannot select premium + HSA. Employee can select basic + HSA.

Flexible choices for premium of consumer choice
This is one of the better packages I have had at any company. The HR group is very versed in assisting you with all questions and gets answers quickly.
Health insurance was partially paid for by CMC, but the affordable plans for the lower paid employees were crappy with high deductibles that most could not afford. The more expensive plans, which higher paid upper management could afford, had affordable or no deductables.
Pretty comprehensive and better than most people I know. I just wish it had some sort of incentive program.
