We have HSA Accounts to help pay for medical expenses. This is helpful.

401k could be more generous.

Offer health insurance, generous PTO, and standard holidays. 401k match of $250 per year needs to be improved!!!!

Great benefits! I never feel like I have too little PTO and am able to flex my time within my role. Love it here!

Consultants of Fishbowl, I'm 31 and have ~$2m. No kids, student loans, etc... I'm also getting CTL'd. If you were in my position, would you scramble to get a new position or retire early?

Paid time off is great as it bumps up to 20 days after your first year. 401K can be a lot better but the health coverage is wonderful!

Overall benefits are great and PTO is generous! I wish our retirement/401K match was higher. It's comparatively low to most other employers in our area (that offer a match).

Best is Vacation - PTO up to 5 weeks paid time off after you have been with the company for 10 years.

Health coverage is not too expensive but it is a high deductible plan with a HSA account covering less than half of the deductible. There is also no 401k match or any other retirement plan like a pension offered. Vacation days and PTO are on par with other companies that I have worked with. Snacks and beverages are always offered in the kitchens and sometimes offer lunches.
