Decent plan, contribution is a little high but worth it.
It depends on your individual situation. As a young person you should look into the pros and cons and carefully plan the duration of your tenure accordingly.
The retirement plan is good but subject to reform. The 457 plan is similiar to to a private company 401k plan but has no matching funds and is limited in investing choices.
We have two plans, one is mandatory, the other is self selected.
