“The state's pension plan is fairly generous.”
“Excellent health insurance options at a low cost. ”
“Annual leave accrues every pay period so it can build up pretty fast... especially for workers who have a hard time finding time to use it.”
Great package in addition to salary
The health insurance is excellent and 401k can match more than dollar for dollar depending on the amount you put into your savings. Paid state holidays and plenty personal and sick leave. Benefits are great.
Good benefits for family plans
Medical benefits and paid time off
good health coverage for the price, pension contributions are good and ability to accumulate time off over time is good
The longer you work, the more leave you accrue per pay period. Retirement benefiot great and the HR department helps with retirement counselling
Best Benefit 401k Package, Vacation (PTO) Worst, cost of insurance for family plan
Best thing is the amount the state contributes to the package. Also there are various options for different people needs
Excellent health insurance with very little employee contribution.
Several health insurance plan options w/ very good individual pricing. When it comes to family coverage, the price is pretty expensive for the low salary they give you. Lots of paid holidays though. That’s a plus! Not too much to brag about though.
