Company offers a very competitive benefits package which includes substantial time off, paid/flexible holidays, health and dental insurance, employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, paid training, 401k plans, life insurance and legal advice.
The best thing about the benefits package is the medical insurance is cheaper then any other agency i've worked for.
Health insurance, 401k, PTO, most holidays and additional days offered. Health insurance options are top notch.
Great health plan and PTO package
Amazing healthcare plan. Good 401k contributions. Able to help you out financially if a catastrophic event occurs.
After 3 years, it's free. Not all jobs do that. The benefits pack is $45 a month and could be a little expensive. We do have most coverage and it's decent.
Full-time employees are offered Aetna PPO Medical Plans. One is Basic and one is High, and the Basic Plan does not include ANY payroll deductions. The only downside to this is that there is a medical insurance law that says a no-cost plan offered by your employer MUST be your primary insurance. This means that if you have other insurance, it becomes your secondary. Still, the plans are great. Dental is COMPLETELY FREE. Also, 401k is offered to all staff at the end of one year of work, regardless of full-time or part-time status.
The best thing is that your medical and dental health insurance is FREE. Yes, you read correctly--FREE!
Non-profit, benefits are pretty affordable. Pay is low so you probably qualify for NJ family Care anyway.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
