They have services at discounted cost. It's really amazing because if you're stressed out all you have to do is get a massage from the students that are practicing, it's a win-win!
Insurance is offered, however is it offered at a price that is almost unaffordable for the people that work there.
The medical insurance is limited, out of pocket to the employer is about 5,000-6000 annually. Because the plan isn't the best your out of pocket is high and so are deductibles. No vision, dental is similar to every other place I have worked and priced higher.
Horrible insurance, they just doubled the deductible and took away several options because they didn't want to go through a "middle man."
The retirement is excellent, but my favorite part is the education benefit. I am able to get my degree as a benefit.
