health insurance is good but some limits were placed after the last union contract such as the number of times physical therapy is paid for. Retirement is matched 2 for one. Overall the benefits are excellent. Pay is mediocre.

Medical coverage was paid for by the College 100% - no employee payroll deduction. CCP also offers summer hours - work day is extended Monday-Thursday, and the College is closed Fridays during summer.
Time off with vacation and 4 day work week in the Summer. 10% match on 401K with employee contributing 5%.
