Pretty decent benefits, options for health coverage, employer match on 401, discount on cellular plan and some other products/services.
Full benefits for full and part time employees. 6-8 PTO hours earned each pay period. 401k that employer contributes 6% after a year to year-and-a-half employment. You can apply for tuition reimbursement after 6 months of employment.
The cost of medical/dental and vision insurance should be far less for such a large network especially a network supposedly devoted to "community health"
401K match, Education Assist Program
Decent insurance, 401k matching, great PTO
