The Best thing is they offer every employee 40 hours of Community Service per year, and an Orca card. The worst part is they drive you to a High deductible consumer driven health plan that doesn't cover much. The alternative is a very pricey option.

Their 401k benefit is great! They will match up to 6% and you are fully vested right away. Not every employer has that.
The health insurance was better when they used Group Health, but after switching to using their own health plan, benefits decreased while cost increased every year. They do have good 401k options, they provide a free Orca Pass which is helpful, PTO is reasonable and you don't lose your time off hours at the end of the year if you've not used them.
It's expensive with a spouse by a lot more than if you were just having yourself. The HR coordinator does not spend a lot of time going over it with you or helping you with it.
