3 weeks my first year. At the start of my 4th year, I get 4 weeks paid vacation per year. 4 hours sick leave every 2 weeks.

Great amount of time off and you its a rolling calendar year and you don't loose it at end of year.
vacation accrument is based off of hours worked and is pretty good. Sick time is pretty reasonable also
Accrual is great and is very beneficial
Paid holidays, vacation time, sick time. Have repeatedly asked for time to be placed in one PTO bank as it rewards employees who don't call out and deters those who do.
With my schedule, it is difficult to get long periods of time off, say more than a week.
Pro Accrued each pay period Con can only bank 160 hours after that you loose what you haven't used
