you must take 3 vaca days to take 1 sick day so you might as well have neither of them. No paid holidays at all.

They use vacation and sick in two separate banks which is an administration nightmare to keep track up. They require a doctors note on the third day calling out sick, or if you work at the clinical level they require the first day out if you are within one year of employment.
