Great health coverage, but the premiums are high. General 401K plan, but no contribution from the company.
The company offers a 401K plan; but, unfortunately, does not match contributions. Essentially, the plan ends up working like a savings account.
Benefits are available after 90days of hire.
They are very helpful at Community Loans of America.
The benefits with this company are some of the best I've seen. The medical is amazing in coverage, the vision is also great coverage, not sure about the dental yet. The company offers paid time off, sick days, and a great vacation package.
Benefits are expensive and there is no 401k match so why offer it.
Best thing is it has not changed provider in my 8 years of employment, but it does not over matching 401k
Benefits are basic, 2 weeks vacation after a year, unmatched 401k, 5 days sick time, and no Sundays.
No 401K match; no retirement plan; average benefits, but they don't start immediately upon employment. Benefits dept. offers no assistance; you have to figure everything out on your own by going through page after page of the benefits website and/or employee manual.
They do not match 401k
