CRF really does take care of its employees in regards to providing a large amount of paid time off, all holidays are paid, and EPA options are great. It offers great health and wellness options. It has free smoking cessation programs to assist employees with this. The benefits are great and I am very pleased with the compensation package.
The best thing about the benefits is the PTO (24 days/year), and you can use it as you earn it (no waiting for a year). They also have great health insurance coverage, with a low co-pay and good doctors. They pay most of the employee premium, too.
It's comprehensive and affordable. The PTO is very generous, and they really promote work-life balance.
The best things are the medical spending account and liberal paid days off.
I get no benefits being a part-time worker.
