Freedom PTO but in practice people now take less leave
Unilmited PTO. As long as time off does not affect business and your manager approves, you can go. Only downside is that there is no accumulation if you do not take the time off.
Freedom PTO was a great benefit that Commvault offered.

After I realized the company was such a joke, every day was a vacation...for 9 months
I believe they moved away from counting your PTO days now. Management still made you feel guilty about taking it.
We have Freedom time off which means there are no restrictions as long as we are meeting our business needs. So the company obviously needs people to work, but if you need an extra couple days or a day here and there, then there is no limit you are working against.
Unlimited vacations and 6 months maternity leave!!
