There is an option for anything you can think of here. Two health plans, two tiers. So you can always pick what is best for your family.
Quality health plans - two different insurance company plans offered, each with high or low deductible options. Can almost always find in-network doctors and services
They offer great coverage with great rates, however, the employee does have to contribute, which isn't the worst thing that can happen. I understand, there are SOOOOO many employees.
Very thorough insurance coverage, and better than fair costs.
They have 4 different options. 2 high deductible and 2 low deductible. Price is very reasonable. They also have an on-site health clinic for employees.
Even the best plan offers too high a deductible and out of pocket. But then I am of the belief than health care is a right, and coverage for accidents or catastrophic illnesses should be 100%, with limited co-pays or deductibles.
