They had pretty good benifits. They had a lot of extra like accident insurance. They also had a really good HSA account
Benefits? HA!! you have a tiny window to enroll or you can't enroll for the entire year. the medical is very expensive for a terrible package.
The benefits are very lacking. They are centered around low class/low wage earners. Veterans are excluded by the blues/blue shield insurance.
The best thing is that this company has every benefit you can think of from profit shares down to 401 k
I didn't find out about it. They are not good at communicating information.
Never knew what benefits were offered and how they worked. Nobody to turn to for answers. Getting any sort of help was a nightmare.
you get zero benefits. Everyone is considered part time or temporary even if you have a full time position.
Not the best health insurance and no vision
High deductible health plan is terrible. They do offer an HSA to help cover out of pocket costs. They don't do any holidays besides Thanksgiving and Christmas, but in return you get 12 hours of PTO (sick and vacation time) every month. Don't expect a lot of perks that you would get at a big corporate company.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
