For a regional great benefits for the most part....for medical and dental, they do have 401k but the match is the worst part only 1%. And as far as the pay, all other airlines have yearly gradual raises compass does not, so a 3rd year employee can essentially make the same as a new hire.
Flight benefits and medical and some other perks
It's expensive with the wage they give you, can't afford it and live in Los Angeles
Only decent benefits are for travel
Health Insurance coulde be better, no vision, high premiums.
Best thing is you can fly for free domestically. Worst thing, you dont have an automatic seat no matter what.
Best thing is flight benefits. Worst is no paid maternity leave. They only give 3 months unpaid leave afterwards or you can use your sick/vacation time beforehand.
Health ins very expensive and high deductible. Travel benefits are good but if you don't have "proof" of your relationship then your partner gets nothing.
Benefit package was great, but expensive.
One of the company perks is flight benefits, however it takes forever to get enrolled, and management seems to know nothing about the process. The health insurance is lacking, but expensive.
