The employee premiums are unaffordable. They exceed the percentage (.13) of annual income mandated by THE AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE ACT. For paid sick leave you must be off three days, get a Doctors excuse, then they only pay for two days.
Typical. Healthcare weak...high deductibles, lousy coverage on prescriptions.
Health insurance was very good, and not be able to work from home did not helped when you had a sick child at home
There were no benefits offered to me. they tell you that you will receive paid vacation, health insurance, etc. but I never was offered any of that.
They offer a great flex spending account
Can be pricey, but is pretty good considering other companies
