Leadership for Registered Dietitians is very engaged, forward thinking and structured.
generous health coverage for employees
Not the best benefits. Decent, cheap, barely humane. Very obvious that Compass does not care about employees.
Health insurance coverage is poor
Very competitive for the sector
Great benefits; and at an affordable price.

health insurance, 401K , vacation, time off... ...
Best: 3 health insurance companies to choose from (I had Aetna) Worst: Your premiums are high (I had the whole family coverage plan) because the premiums are divided so that during the summer months (when you are laid off and not getting paid) you will continue to have coverage during that time period. I worked for Chartwells K12 and we followed the school calendar.
