Without a minimum hourly requirement to get vacation and paid time off this is truly a great find for a company with a great culture.

More time off then I had with any other job. Its really unheard of in this industry. Wish they had better support to cover me when I was off
the vacation earned is equal to my last employer. However, the current rate of sick leave hours accumulated is half the rate of my previous employer. I've had to use vacation time to cover my doctor appointments.
The vacation and Paid time off has been good and I haven't really had to use much off it, but it is important that I have it available to me as an employee because I do have kids and things happen from time to time.
You usually can't take all of your PTO because the demands on salaried managers are ridiculous.
