I love the work environment and the mission! Everyone is supportive and values you as an individual instead of just an employee. I feel very cared for here!
PTO time is outstanding starting out. They have a very holistic view when approaching employee benefits.
Great benefits package with good organizational support for questions and clarifications
Compassion provides a well-rounded benefits package to their employees at a competitive cost.
Compassion offers an excellent package. Current staff tell me it's quickly declining.
They really take care of each individual employee, have people available to help answer questions and get you the best package for health insurance. Also have good wellness incentives and time off.
Best thing about the benefits package is the pension plan and PTO. Worst is the maternity leave. I'd expect that an organization whose central focus is children would be more sensitive to employees' own family planning and offer mothers some paid maternity leave.
Company pitches in about $700 (single) or $1200 (married) annually for your healthcare! 25 days PTO. 1 paid volunteer day. 5 year, 10 year, 15 year paid (and free) anniversary trips for you and a spouse or child. (Less years for certain positions). Great flexibility (working from home, flex hours).
Compassion provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and more. They have a high deductible HSA option; Compassion contributes annually to my HSA account to help my balance increase, which is important for a young family. They provide a pension plan for all employees, and do not require employee contribution to trigger the employer contribution.
Compassion offers an excellent and comprehensive benefits program that includes a full wellness program and excellent family coverage. Compassion has an onsite fitness facility for its staff
