They offer very reasonable benefits
Worst thing High deductible insurance very unreasonable. There is nothing good about their plan. Upper Management doesn’t pay for their coverage.
Only insurance they offer is a very expensive high deductible health savings account. Basically like not having insurance
They take your PTO that you have accrued and haven't been able to take because you were working too many hours and couldn't take the time off and then they take your PTO time if you no longer work there they don't pay you for it. They promise you bonuses and then they don't pay them either. Insurance is high deductible and basically unaffordable.
pay was competitive, fair benefits were offered, tuition reimbursement available, pto and insurance were available. Employees were salaried and worked to death.

The best thing about the benefits at Compassus is that we are offered many different benefits, requesting time off with pay or sick time is available.

If you work at the Director of Clinical Services level you are bullied into not taking PTO. Corporate brags about having the second most generous PTO program in the country, but what good is it to accrue if you are not allowed to use it. I left Compassus with 86 unpaid hours of PTO. I still believe that I was let go because I tried to take a week of vacation. All of their coverage plans are ridiculously expensive and and do not provide good coverage.
