Match half of your 401K up to a certain amount
At the time I was at CGI the package seemed pretty standard. The one exception was the number of PTO days was very generous at the starting point compared to other companies starting PTO offerings.
Reasonable Medical, Dental and Vision plans, 401K, FSA, workplace disability insurance, and so on, within mainstream but without too much generosity.

All the great benefits like 401(k), medical, dental and vision, disability insurance were offered. There were plenty of social events through out the year.

Pay compensation is good, but health insurance is not good for families. If you are single, the health care costs are good. If you have a family, expect to pay twice what other companies offer.
