Good health insurance (Cigna), 401K plan, time off (vacation/sick).

Best about this company is the people you work with. The worst, unqualified people getting promoted just because they are attractive or sleeping with the right people on the top.

The 401k is great. We get quite a few paid holidays off a year too

401 is pretty good 5% match on 6%. Gov't holidays, 7 sick days and 2 weeks vaca 1st year. Med benes are awful though

It all sucks, I could not have worked for a worse company in my life than this one. I will never complain about another job as long as I live

StarStarStarStarStar Former Admin Assistant in Mountain View, California

health insurance was expensive/weak and 401k did not match, was not well informed of benefits and did not know how to reach benefits team for questions/inquiries

The 401k is not bad. You don't get the match for a year in lieu of a ridiculous vesting period. The dental is free for single employees.
