    They have changed this for newer employees to less time off, but still gives you a good amount of time to take when needed... My Manager was good about letting me take time off with short notice as well.

    Pretty equitable for your years of service. You earn based on your bi-weekly pay period, but it all comes from one pool, so there is no sick time. Major con is that PTO is not paid out if you end employment.
