Decent Vacation time starting out you don't have to wait a year to use like many companies

Basic and not the greatest PTO system,by any means. I only worked there for a year and had just a week off for vacation. I rarely if ever called out sick.

Pretty equitable for your years of service. You earn based on your bi-weekly pay period, but it all comes from one pool, so there is no sick time. Major con is that PTO is not paid out if you end employment.

there was a good pto package with personal holidays over and above normal PTO

Have 13.33 hours a month and 5 personal days a year. Drawback is you can not take unused time with you if you leave the company
