Decent 401K, health care benefits, even for contractor employees
Great benefits -health,vision and dental
Expensive and poor health insurance No PTO No Sick leave No 401(k) match
401k plan runs through a sister company of Vanguard. It is not actually Vanguard, but a 3rd party vendor. The offerings are fairly diverse Vanguard funds. I was never given a clear understanding of the fees associated with the plan, but on my statements there are Recordkeeping services and Plan Advisory services fees. In addition, when rolling the plan to another institution (even Vanguard) there is a $60 rollover fee. Due to the lack of transparency on the fees initially and the $60 rollover fee, which I’ve never had during any other rollover, this is a poor 401k plan in my opinion.
Practically, no benefits. No health insurance subsidy, no 401k match, zero vacation/sick days,
No perks, low pay, no 401k match, you need to pay full insurance
No benefits. Health insurance is expensive as well.
The pay rate was fair and they did not, haggle about the rate.
As far as I can tell, there is no benefit package available. There is the benefit of having a job; I think there is a 401k, and that's about it.
Health Insurance and 401K are the best
