Computershare had a good benefits. Great time off to start and flexible schedule.
Health insurance is not the best offered for the price that is paid. Company used for vision insurance does not have a good reputation. Dental insurance is kind of a joke.
Good insurance options and 100% vestment in the 401K at the start.
High premiums - sub par coverage
401k gets matched and you get 20/40 hours of sick pay every year in July. Health care facilities offered can be better.
Health insurance has finally 3 options with different premiums. PTO is decent with 15 days to start off for new employees but they could do a lot better to increase the number of days for more tenured employees.
Except the Employee share plan and the gym, there is not much else.
Vacation/PTO was relatively generous. Health insurance was adequate. All other benefits were about average.
