It has the best health benefits and work/life balance (flexibility).
Compuware has good benefits for full time salaried employees. Work from home is an option for many, health, vision, dental are also options. Building has a gym and cafeteria (though Compuware does not pay for meals or membership)
The benefits package was good

Best 401k and Health insurance and vacation paid time off and monthly bonus
The benefits package is solid. Healthcare coverage is good and is low cost to the employee, compared to many other people I know having to pay for coverage. The company does a great job in keeping this cost down. Dental coverage is great. Vision coverage is adequate. Employer matching 401K is helpful. As to time-off, I've never had an issue with having enough personal or sick time and being at 5 weeks vacation, that's hard to beat.
Decent health insurance, offers 401K, had a small doctor office and day care on the first & 2nd floors so if you or your small child were ill, you could get medical care and back to work with an rx if necessary.
Good overall benefits and flexibility.
After 10 Years, you are eligible to receive 5 weeks vacation.
The benefits were great. The best that I have every had.
