Average health insurance (vision covers only checking glasses number, not lenses), 401K $0.20 per $1 upto 6% of salary. Great Flexible holidays, very supportive in terms of non-immigration visas and school while working.
Unlimited PTO is great, health insurance is also no bad and the company offers free snacks when at office. The 401k goes with Fidelity and you can also choose the roth 401k as well. Overall, it has been the most competitive benefits I ever had, but I left 4/5 cause the vacation time didn't come a lot due to the large amount of work load, plus during the covid wfh period, there is not any reimbursement on office supply nor anything else.
Benefits aren't bad but could be better.
401k is too low compared to market standard
Pros: Flexible Paid Time off and Summer hours which you can get off work at 2pm every Friday Cons: Low rate 401k and no stock options

Their 401k match is one of the the lowest you'll find for a company that offers one. And there is no bonus, tuition reimbursement or other benefits to compensate for that in a way that's material enough. Essentially, all you have is your base pay.
