Best - $0 deductible. Worst - low % in 401K matching.
Best benefits - paid flexible time off!
Health: Reflexoloy and massages once a month
Very average benefits. Best part is definitely the "flex time off" policy. Health and dental coverage is OK
Health insurance is fantastic. Flex time off and working from home are good depending on department approval. Would be nice if they offered reimbursement for training or certification.
The best thing is they've moved to a modern untracked (called "Unlimited") PTO policy. 401(k) is a bit weaker than before, and many dislike the forced arbitration agreement you have to sign.
Unlimited time off, free office snacks, silly 401k matching (I put in $1, they put in $0.20)
Summary hour, healthy insurance
Two options are available. Both low premiums. For a little more, no deductible!
Flex time off is great so you're not counting vacation days. However, holiday days off are limited because of this, I assume. Basically, no company holidays from January until Memorial Day. Perks are sub-standard for SF when comparing to all the fancy schmancy start-ups. They match for 401k to a certain percent. Health insurance is adequate and not too expensive. There must be really great maternity leave because it seems like every other month someone is going on it.
