"Unlimited PTO", aka. it all depends on your manager.
The unlimited FTO policy is confusing. Managers track and monitor and at some point will tell employees to stop taking time off, but it’s not applied consistently which allows for abuse from both employee and the approving manager.
Unlimited PTO which was great
Vacation 2 weeks and more based on the years in the company; standard sick days policy
unlimited PTO is a great plus but sometimes it is hard to take time off if your team doesn't take days off as it becomes the norm to follow your team's habits.
Paid time off is unlimited
FTO: Flexible Time Off. There's no Max on PTO as long work is covered. Downside is not seeing an accrual "number" so hard to weigh if you're taking enough time off.
Standard 10 days vacation provided.
Flex time off means you can take as much vacation time as you please so long as your work is finished
