Since I was an intern, I did not receive a benefits package. However, the full-time management employees receive an excellent benefits package well worth the commute into Manhattan. I did get in on a few events; each one was well-prepared and a great time overall. Also, I was able to visit many of the attractions around the city at a discounted rate, which was an awesome perk.

Best thing is pension plus a 401k match is great. The vacation days aren’t spectacular, you start with 2 weeks
The best thing was that the hours were very flexible, the worst thing was that there weren't enough strict deadlines. Everything moves slow.
Health insurance premiums for management employees can be expensive. 401k match is 6% for an 8% contribution on your part. There is a cash-balance pension for newer employees that's not as great as the old pension but most companies don't even provide pensions anymore. Maternity leave is 10 weeks paid for a vaginal birth or 12 weeks paid for a C-section. There is also the option of 3 months additional unpaid leave if you so choose. Paternity leave is 2 weeks paid for managment employees and 4 days paid for union employees. There is back-up childcare available through Bright Horizons.
Best - Healthcare is comparatively inexpensive.
