Medical is not the best
For interns, theres no benefit package. But the pay is definitely worth it and the hours are great. You are able to stack a bit while school is off.

Con Edison does a good job of creating a wide ranging benefit plan. A defined pension benefit is no longer offered, but a good cash balance program AND 401k match are hard to beat.
