A 401(k) plan is available for Con-Way employees.
Plan offerings were terrible with high expense ratios. Company match was also abysmal.
T. Rowe Price. OK with the matching.
It is alright typical match policy.

I dont know exactly how it works, but its not a match...starting out I got zero for the first 2 or 3 years, after that 2%, and I dont know if that number will ever go up. I do know the long term employees, those that have been with the company more than 10 years get more than 3%....basically, you have several different classes of employees, those that started with the company years ago, and those with less than 10 years of service...the really bad news is I dont think the percent number ever changes.

T Roe price 401 Ks have a very high expense ratio. and no education on how to invest for the future. Or how it even all works. Vanguard is about 80% less expense ratio. Took me years to learn this. In 31 years of working for con way i never had any education even though T Roe price offers seminars to companies.
