    I don't actually have health insurance through ConAgra Foods, but friends who do, do not seem to have any issues with it that I'm aware of.

    Very high deductible for exempt and non-exempt employees. Hourly plan continues to creep closer to exempt plan requirements. Costs continue to rise each year while benefits are reduced.

    Unfortunately, ConAgra is following the national trend of offering super-high deductible health insurance at almost unaffordable rates. They have done everything their peers have done to keep the costs down, but in the end, the employee picks up the tab for the increases.
