Decent health benefits - recently got rid of the pension
I am only rating the health insurance. It was the worst health insurance I have ever had. High deductible and did not even cover medications until you reached that deductible. No copay on doctors visits either, you paid the full amount "discounted" amount.

401k (they put in 3% even if you contribute 0) up to 9%, vision, dental, life, health all start right away which is nice
