Conagra has decent benefits. They have been watered down over the last 5 years. The pension was eliminated. They stopped paying for phones for some people that need them. I dropped Conagra's benefits and took benefits under my wife.
Great overall benefits for the industry. Capable of family living on the compensation offered for salary positions.
Basic benefits package, covers the basics
ConAgra’s PTO is amazing for employees starting out. You get 3 weeks vacation, 1 week sick pay that you can rollover, 2 floating holidays. The best part is that you can borrow ahead so you don’t have to wait for vacation to accumulate. If you leave the company before it accumulates then you will have to pay it back. Depending on your manager, they allow you to work from home if issues arise. This allows you to keep your vacation/sick days until you really need to use them.
High Deductible Health Plan that you have to pay 100% of until you meet an unreachable deductible. Essentially, no benefit for a healthy person. A five minute consultation with the doctor will run a $100+. Why even go? For a company this big I would expect much, much better
