They offer paid time off and extended illness days
PTO is used for everything (Holiday, sick, vacation)
Can't use it when you want or need to.
depending on how long you have been with the company, you get more PTO. 10 yrs with the company would get you 10hrs pto per paycheck, 5 yrs would get you 8hrs pto per paycheck. new employee get about 5.6 every paycheck, but goes up as soon as you hit 3 yrs.
Particularly poor and rapacious and inadequate.
18 days of PTO per year for the first 3 years - better than the standard 2 weeks. However, it doesn't start accruing until after 90 days.
You have to use PTO for hollidays and snow days for example
You are paid according to your salary and you get two weeks and 6 paid time off days as a new hire.
Very difficult to take time off as you constantly have the pressures of being understaffed.
