Time off at the exempt level is generally in line with hourly employees, but in practice never monitored. You could get time off on an as needed basis. The 401(k) is pretty standard, nothing special, but still a decent employer match. The cost of health insurance is pretty high unless you want a super-high deductible. I was paying a little over $100/check for a $1200/year deductible. When my deductible was $4500, I remember paying around $45/mo without dental or vision coverage.

The benefits package is awful and there is not really one good thing about it except for the health packages that offer little to no premium other than that it's all very downhill

You pay 100% of the policy premium. Employer pays very little if any of the premium. After moving to Concentrix Services US inc. 70% of my paycheck each pay period goes to insurance. I'm working for slave wages. My take home pay is about $5.36 per hour, after all deductions.

Standard benefits but more costly than you would think with as many people that work for Concentrix.

The package is a little expensive for a family.

I decided no to go with the full benefits package but paid vacation was OK even though they are being sent to court for not paying out!
