PTO accrual rate good however payroll system was messed up after changing 3rd party administrator, mt PTO was wiped out and was never able to fix it. When I left was owed 40 + hours and still have not received pay.
Good Vacation pay however personally never paid for the accumulated when resigned & was in employee agreement as to it supposed to be paid out
You have to accrue paid time off. You also only get 6 days to miss.
They offer it, which is better than most call centers. But you accrue it very slowly, and if you try to use it, your managers will harass you about it and deny it.
Mgmt would work with you. It was nice having some paid holiday time off, which is something many call centers do not have.
Best thing is that it started right away instead of having to wait for it to accrue.
you get a few days, If they even let you use them when you want.
Never really knew the vacation balance
I worked every vacation day I ever took.
4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it
