They barely have any benefits to offer aside from the standard, medical and dental, and even those are not that great of a package.
As a part time employee you Don't get Health or dental benefits. You do get 1 weeks pay vaca , paid holidays, sick days and paid volunteer hours. You and your immediate family get free tuition not including books, but it has to be pertaining to your field of study if it is for your self.
There are really no major perks. They use Cigna for their Health insurance provider. You work on average one Saturday a month
The worst thing about the benefits package at Concorde Career Colleges is that employees have to wait at least 6 months before they are eligible to redeem benefits. Many employees do not last on the job with confidence that long.
The time off is pitiful. One week per year for the first 5 years. This is only AFTER you have worked your full 12 months. The job is grueling with expectations that one will work a full day at the office then continue to work from home, answer emails, and be available for staffing at night.
You may have vacation time but you won't ever be able to use it.
The insurance is not good and it is expensive. high deductibles and premiums are too expensive. Dental insurance stinks.
