Most things are covered, it's relatively cheap, and there are benefits specifically included for the LGBTQ community. We also get a very generous stock option plan.

Health insurance is reasonably priced and comprehensive, with two different plans to choose from. 401(k) employer match with decent vesting period. We get some decent corporate discounts on a range of things. Voluntary benefits now include things like pet insurance. VERY generous vacation allotment. No retirement benefits.
