No benefits as an intern
Conde Nast is a great place to work if a catastrophic health event occurs in your life. They will pay-out at 100% for 8 weeks (if I recall, was a hectic time) and then it drops to a 60%, then 40% structure. It's nice to know that your job is secure and medical bills can be paid

Condé Nast provides a wide range of benefits for employees from unlimited sick to ample PTO and Personal time. Health, Vision, Dental, and multiple other coverages help to ease many concerns one might have. I have had no issues with the benefits provided.

300 fitness reimbursement is nice
Solid benefits package, but the delay before 401k matching begins, followed by a long vesting period, is out of step with other employers.
