We do not have any other health-related benefit other than what is covered in the HMO and what we have in the contract in relation to work-related accidents.

They provided options from full HMO and PPO to high deductible, however the employer paid portion of the health benefits are very low, leaving employees with a really high premium to pay. I would pay $150/month for a very high deductible plan which was basically only good to have in the case of a huge catastrophe or accident that would cost more than $10,000.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Customer Service Representative in Guatemala City, Guatemala

The health insurance was average for the area, including free checkups at decent hospitals or nicer hospitals for a reduced rate.

  • Jan 22, 2020
    StarStarStarStarStarEmployee

Per industry standards expensive for family plans and rising every year.

Not a good coverage. Better part is they have health saving accounts. Adding dependent is a huge cost.
