    It's a PPO and they have Enhanced Dental availability, all through Cigna. There's even choices of what PPO is available

    I was able to get benefit within 30 days of employment. I never used the coverage so don't know if coverage was good or not,

    Worst, low deductible plans are expensive but that's pretty much true anywhere.

    There is a high deductible but the coverage and premiums are average. You can choose from 2 plans. Very expensive to carry a spouse and kids

    very expensive to pay for benefits when your only making $11 per hours. If you have a family to add forget about it.
