    Deductible is out of compliance with federal rules, very high. Premium rates are outrageous compared to the industry standard.

    Options dependent on employee area, not company as a whole. Most plans were high deductible or premium was doubled. Company add to HSA never increased when deductible increased and they only deposited quarterly.
